Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Professional for West Ashley, SC to generate new patient enrollments by engaging with community partners, health plan brokers and seniors. You will host events, tour centers and sign seniors up for appointments, building lasting relationships to support Humana’s care model.

The role requires 3+ years in sales, CRM proficiency, and strong communication in a team environment. A valid driver's license is required and some evenings/weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• CRM experience to track leads and outcomes

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage community events to introduce Humana and tell our story
• Sign seniors up for appointments with physicians or capture leads
• Follow up with leads to cultivate and close them
• Build strong relationships with community partners and organizations
• Host health and well-being events at primary care centers
• Lead tours of centers for prospective patients as needed
• Document interactions with prospects in Salesforce
• Collaborate with marketing to document events for promotion across media
• Occasional evenings and weekends may be required
