Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow planned menus, ensure quality and safety, and support daily kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a cook or in food preparation preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with occupants and leadership.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• May need to complete sanitation and safety training.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintain a clean kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
