Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Caregiver to assist residents with personal care, meal services, and daily activities in a senior living setting. You will support residents' independence and dignity by following Service Plans and collaborating with the care team.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, ability to understand English, and a willingness to learn. Candidates should be comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds and working as part of a team in a facility environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must read/write and understand English.
• Experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living tasks as assigned.
• Assist residents with medications reminders as allowed by regulation.
• Support meals, nutrition, and hydration needs.
• Lead or participate in social and recreational activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and report changes in condition.
