Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities as outlined in resident plans.
• Assist with meals, nutrition, and medication reminders as permitted by regulations.
• Support residents in social and recreational activities and promote participation.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment through basic housekeeping.
• Respond to emergency calls promptly and follow infection control procedures.
• Document changes in resident needs and health status per procedures.
• Report abuse or suspected abuse to supervisors or appropriate agencies.
