Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Denver seeks a compassionate caregiver to support residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities. You will follow resident Service Plans and work as part of a team to preserve dignity and independence.

The role requires English literacy, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a cheerful, adaptable attitude. Training is provided and you will engage residents in social and recreational activities to enrich their lives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must complete in-service training requirements.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must work well with others and respect privacy and dignity.
• Willing to learn new skills and knowledge.
• Ability to engage residents in activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents as assigned and per plans.
• Assist with medications reminders as indicated by policy.
• Support meal services and housekeeping as needed.
• Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
• Review resident plans and logs to stay informed of needs.
• Respond to emergency calls promptly and report changes.
• Maintain infection control procedures and safety.
• Uphold dignity, independence and resident rights.
