Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a caregiver to provide resident services including personal care, meals, and activities in a respectful, privacy-minded setting. You will assist with medications as needed, respond to emergency calls, and help maintain a clean, safe environment.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude. Prior senior-care experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or GED. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and spend long periods walking/standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident services including personal care, meals, and activities.
• Assist with medications as indicated.
• Respond to emergency calls.
• Maintain infection control and a safe environment.
• Assist with housekeeping and activities; encourage resident participation.
• Monitor changes in resident needs and report them.
• Report abuse or suspected abuse to the supervisor and/or agencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
