Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a caregiver to provide resident services, including personal care, medication reminders, meals, and social activities. The role emphasizes dignity, privacy, independence, and individual needs in a senior living environment.

The caregiver will review Service Plans, assist with daily living tasks, respond to emergency calls, and document changes in health or needs. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, medication reminders, and assistance per Service Plans.
• Assist with meals, activities, housekeeping, and companionship.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and follow infection control procedures.
• Monitor resident needs and report changes per procedures.
• Respect resident privacy, dignity, independence and individuality.
