Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Caregiver to provide resident services, including personal care, meal services, and social activities. You will review service plans, assist with medications as allowed, and respond to emergency calls while maintaining a safe environment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, the ability to work as part of a team, and English reading/writing skills. High school diploma or GED preferred; experience with seniors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident services per resident Service Plans and as assigned.
• Assist residents with medications as indicated by regulation.
• Respond to emergency calls promptly.
• Maintain infection control procedures.
• Assist with housekeeping and activities; encourage participation.
• Report changes in resident needs or health status according to procedures.
