Job summary

Right at Home West Palm Beach is seeking a Community Engagement Manager to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, and community organizations. You will develop partnerships, represent the franchise at events, and create educational programs that help families access resources in our community.

We value experience in healthcare or senior services, excellence in communication, and a proactive approach to generating opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, senior services, nonprofit leadership, or business development is valued.
• Experience with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, or aging services is a plus.
• Home care experience helpful but not required; willingness to learn is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, hospitals, and other professionals serving older adults and families.
• Develop strategic community partnerships that raise awareness and support for Right at Home West Palm Beach.
• Represent Right at Home at community events, networking opportunities, educational programs, and local activities.
• Create and participate in educational programs that provide value to older adults, families, and professionals.
• Be a visible ambassador for Right at Home, establishing trust and recognition in the community.
• Identify opportunities to connect Right at Home with organizations who can benefit from services, and maintain follow-up with partners.
