Job summary

Right at Home West Palm Beach is seeking a Community Engagement Manager to build trusted relationships with healthcare providers, senior living facilities, and community organizations. You will represent the company at events, develop partnerships, and create educational programs that support aging families.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or senior services is highly valued.
• Experience working with older adults and professionals is a plus.
• Home care experience is helpful but not required.
• We’ll teach you our business and how to build trust.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, hospitals, and other providers serving older adults and families.
• Develop strategic community partnerships to increase awareness of Right at Home and create meaningful opportunities.
• Represent Right at Home at community events, networking opportunities, and educational programs.
• Create educational programs that provide value to older adults, family caregivers, and professionals.
• Be a visible ambassador for Right at Home and a trusted resource for home care needs.
• Identify opportunities to connect Right at Home with organizations and individuals who can benefit from our services.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral partners and community contacts.
• Understand the senior care ecosystem in Palm Beach County and available resources.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate relationships into excellent client experiences.
• Help identify community needs and opportunities for education and partnerships.
• Track outreach, events, and opportunities with organized records and follow-through.
• Support growth and reputation through professionalism, involvement, and relationship management.
