Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health services administration, or similar.
• Experience managing a healthcare facility or clinic.
• Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform duties efficiently.
• Knowledge of procuring supplies, equipment, and staff for the clinic.
• Proficiency in managing budgets for the clinic.
• Experience working with an electronic health record (EHR).
• Exceptional interpersonal and liaison skills with patients and staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Professional demeanor and consistent communication.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and stay accountable.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall center performance and operations.
• Model service excellence in every patient interaction.
• Ensure timely scheduling of new patients within thirty days.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and staff development.
• Collaborate with sales to drive center growth and events.
• Monitor operational KPIs and center budgets.
• Ensure compliance with policies and health plan audits.
• Coordinate purchasing, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
