Sage Health is seeking a Center Manager to lead the overall performance and operations of a health center. You will model service excellence, supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure efficient patient flow and compliance with standards.

You will coordinate scheduling, staffing, and vendor relations while driving center growth through community engagement and effective teamwork with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health services administration, or similar.

About the role
POSITION SUMMARY

The Center Mangeris responsible forthe overall performance and operational management of all center activities to obtain maximum efficiency. The Center Manager models and instills an uncompromising level of service excellence at every interaction with patients, guests,physiciansand staff.

What you'll do
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensures all new patients are scheduled within thirty days of eligibility.
  • Partners with center primary care physiciansto ensure all screeners are completed in a timely manner i.e., 1 – 2 months.
  • Employee Satisfaction i.e., staff and physicians
  • Ensuresappropriate centerstaffing levels
  • Partners with sales team to achieve membership growth targets i.e., community events, center tours, etc.
  • Sets an example for team members of commitment, center process and activities.
  • Managesinternal and external communicationsquestionsabout themedical center.
  • Overseeing clinic operations and staff duties.
  • Keeping medical professionals informed about healthcare administered at the clinic.
  • Responsible for theappropriate useof resources and control expenses i.e., Labor, and supply, etc. to meet the center budget.
  • Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all policy and procedures to deliveroptimalpatient care.
  • Performing the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members.
  • Ensuresmedical centerremainsin a state of readiness for health plan audits, local, state, and federal inspections.
  • Monitorand respondto operational KPIs.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health services administration, or similar.
  • Experience in managing a healthcare facility or clinic.
  • Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Knowledgeofprocuringsupplies, equipment, and staff needed at the clinic.
  • Proficiencyin managing budgets,
  • Experience working with an electronic health record
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, physicians, and specialists, as well as the public.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and communication always.
  • Must be organized and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, health services administration, or similar.

  • Knowledge of HEDIS/STARS
  • Knowledge of CAHPS and HOS
  • Experienced working in medically underserved/culturally diverse communities
  • Experienced in motivational interviewing
