Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Center Administrator to oversee the operational rhythm of a patient-first clinic onsite. You will coordinate front office, clinical teams, and providers, report to the Associate Operations Director, and drive high-quality care and an outstanding patient experience.

Responsibilities include leading daily huddles, ensuring safety and compliance, coaching staff, and maintaining strong financial stewardship through effective processes and data-driven

Qualifications

• Knowledge of how clinics operate and function for patient care.
• Computer literacy and ability to use EMR and clinic systems.

Responsibilities

• Daily flow management to maintain clinic rhythm and on-time starts.
• Quality and safety oversight including 5S practices and vaccine cold-chain logs.
• People leadership with regular one-to-ones and scheduling.
• Administrative excellence: stabilize inbox aging, manage purchasing and waste reduction, POS collections.
• Manage service recovery and patient concerns on the same day.
