Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory/leadership role in healthcare or service-focused environment.
• Experience managing staff, scheduling, and day-to-day operations; HIPAA awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures patients receive an excellent care experience by achieving service level goals and engaging patients to assess satisfaction.
• Oversees appointment availability per provider to meet goals.
• Coordinates action plans with providers and medical leadership to optimize scheduling and provider utilization.
• Leads daily huddles with clinical and operational teams to plan the day and ensure care coordination.
• Monitors patient visit experience from check-in to check-out and ensures satisfaction with services.
• Ensures staffing and resource capacity are aligned with budget and organizational goals.
• Promotes timely patient communication by addressing telephone encounters within 24 hours.
• Generates operational reports and manages inventories, timesheets, and payroll approvals.
