Job summary

Carbon Health is seeking a Center Manager to lead daily operations of a Carbon Health facility. You will manage staffing, patient experience, and community outreach while upholding regulatory compliance and safe, high-quality care.

You will collaborate with clinical leadership to drive outcomes, coach staff, and ensure profitable operations with an owner’s mindset. The role requires engaging with clinicians, patients, and vendors to maintain excellent service and growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of healthcare leadership experience or combination of healthcare experience and education
• Active listener with soft skills to build trusting relationships at all levels of the organization
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Implement staffing standards for hiring, training and scheduling according to Carbon Health best practices
• Assess team member needs for scope of role, development needs, succession planning and clinic outcomes; create development plans
• Lead regular team meetings, resolve conflicts, motivate employees and promote communication for retention
• Set and monitor clinical excellence and safety standards in partnership with Center Medical Director, including compliance with regulations
• Build positive relationships with clinicians, staff, patients and vendors; manage conflict with care and empathy
• Respond to patient inquiries with urgency
• Monitor and control clinic expenditures within budget using guidelines and ownership mindset
• Institute modifications to procedures as financial changes dictate
• Identify and participate in marketing and community events to increase patient volume
• Maintain an environment compliant with state and federal regulations including HIPAA
