Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health in El Paso, TX is seeking an Appointment Setter to coordinate Participant medical appointments. You will liaise with Participants, caregivers, and the Interdisciplinary Team to align transportation, records, and care plans, using our EMR system.

You will handle reminder calls, communicate updates to staff, and ensure accuracy of appointment documentation. A high school diploma and prior scheduling/clerical experience are required, with bilingual

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of scheduling, administrative, or clerical experience.
• Experience with EMR or medical scheduling software is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with a frail or elderly population is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all routine and non-routine appointments, diagnostic imaging, procedures, and surgeries.
• Serve as a primary point of contact, making reminder calls and communicating updates to staff and providers.
• Maintain accurate participant schedules and records in the EMR system, ensuring confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Participate in Morning Meetings and generate appointment matrices and reports.
• Ensure scheduling follows PACE guidelines and confidentiality rules.
