Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health in El Paso, TX is seeking a Driver to transport participants between homes, the PACE center, and medical appointments, and to assist with mobility needs. You will coordinate with the IDT to ensure safe, efficient, and respectful care for participants.

Responsibilities include navigating routes, assisting with entry/exit, checking in at offices, and handling transportation documentation. A valid TX license, CPR, and bilingual English/Spanish are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old with 5 years of continuous driving.
• Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license (Class C).
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with frail elderly preferred.
• Meets Bienvivir/PACE driving eligibility standards and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport Bienvivir/PACE participants between residence, center, and medical appointments.
• Navigate routes using company navigation tools.
• Follow MDT/IDT instructions and mobility plans.
• Assist participants with entering/exiting vehicles and wheelchair lifts.
• Assist with durable medical equipment and oxygen tanks as needed.
• Verify participant identity and location for medication deliveries; obtain signatures.
• Assist with check-in at medical offices and return undelivered medication to pharmacy.
• Report incidents and maintain safety procedures.
• Conduct daily vehicle safety inspections and keep vehicles clean.
