Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health in El Paso, TX is seeking an Outreach Coordinator. Under the Marketing Manager, you will advocate for Bienvivir and educate the community about PACE, coordinate outreach events, and support marketing activities.

This full-time position requires strong communication, relationship-building, and bilingual skills (English/Spanish). Responsibilities include coordinating health fairs, managing referrals, and assisting with promotions and tours, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; two years of college-level work in journalism, public relations, marketing/advertising preferred.
• Two years’ experience in community public relations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain relationships with community organizations and agencies to promote Bienvivir awareness.
• Assist Marketing Manager with outreach activities and events.
• Coordinate referrals and manage Marketing CRM entries.
• Conduct facility tours and participate in health fairs and promotions.
• Screen inquiries to ensure referrals meet Bienvivir qualifications.
