• Provide direct care to residents and report changes to the Resident Care Director immediately.
• Assist residents with lifts, moves, and transports using proper body mechanics or lifting devices.
• Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries from residents and visitors within policy.
• Follow individualized care plans and support residents accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, peers, and supervisors to promote a homelike environment.
• Adhere to safety and infection control procedures and maintain residents' skin integrity through proper care.
