• Assist residents with lifts, moves, and transports using proper body mechanics.
• Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries from residents and visitors.
• Follow individualized care plans and observe residents’ needs and preferences.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Attend scheduled shifts and participate in training and drills.
