Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must adhere to all facility policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and report changes to the Resident Care Director immediately.
• Contribute to continuity of care and effective communication within the care team.
• Assist residents with lifts, moves, and transports using proper body mechanics or lifting devices.
