Job summary

Boston Scientific in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Territory Manager to lead clinical partnerships, drive procedural adoption, and grow the CRM portfolio across a defined region. You will schedule calls with hospitals and physicians, develop data-informed territory plans, deliver product demonstrations, and support device implants.

Required: bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience and at least 3 years in medical device or pharma field sales; MBA preferred; readiness for a 24/7 call

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales or clinical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in medical device or pharmaceutical field sales.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain and support complex product solutions.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7/365 rotational call schedule with the sales team.
• Flexibility to work variable hours and complete onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by scheduling and conducting calls with current and prospective customers to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and unit targets
• Develop and execute strategic, data-informed territory sales plans based on product positioning, market competition, and customer needs
• Engage hospital personnel and physicians through consultative conversations to understand procedural volume, product usage, and unmet needs-and align Boston Scientific solutions accordingly
• Resolve product-related issues and service concerns through innovative thinking and collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, pricing, and clinical research
• Expand access and visibility by developing strong relationships across hospital departments, including identifying key purchasing influencers and decision-makers
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that educate clinicians and support the adoption of our CRM technologies
• Oversee and manage clinical resources to support device implants, programming, troubleshooting, and follow-up care across the territory
• Provide direct support during device implants in hospital labs and operating rooms, followed by ongoing engagement to ensure long-term patient and customer satisfaction
