Job summary

Medtronic in the United States is seeking a Sales Representative for CardioVascular Surgery Therapies to gain market share in Heart Valve, Cardiac Ablation and Revascularization. You will be responsible for achieving quarterly revenue and unit goals in your assigned territory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years experience, OR Associate’s Degree with 8+ years experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years experience.
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
• Have earned Senior Representative level in another Medtronic Field Business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls to promote CardioVascular Surgery Therapies to customers based on a strategic plan.
• Develop and implement a quarterly strategic sales plan to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Create a detailed forecast with customer commitments as a measure of success.
• Identify, qualify, and close new and existing customers consistent with established sales plans and key accounts.
• Train and educate customers on the safe and effective use of Medtronic products.
