Medtronic plc in the United States is seeking a Cardiac Surgery Sales Representative to promote Medtronic’s Cardiac Surgery portfolio across assigned accounts. You will work with cardiothoracic surgeons, operating room teams, and hospital decision-makers to expand portfolio adoption and support clinical and business objectives.

The role requires travel up to 80% within the Los Angeles territory, and a valid driver's license; the candidate must reside in the territory.

• 12+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices.

Mansioni

• Execute a territory business plan to achieve quarterly and annual revenue, unit, and market share objectives.
• Develop relationships with cardiac surgeons, clinical staff, and key decision-makers to expand utilization of Cardiac Surgery therapies.
• Identify, prioritize, and close new business opportunities within existing and competitive accounts.
• Deliver product education, procedural support, and clinical expertise to ensure safe and effective product use.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and account plans to drive territory performance and resource allocation.
• Analyze customer, market, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and inform sales strategy.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, research and development, and other stakeholders to address customer needs.
• Manage territory assets, inventory, expenses, and administrative reporting per company requirements.
• Meet the physical demands of travel to customer sites and work in clinical environments with exposure to radiation and infectious diseases.
• Performs other duties as assigned
