You will engage clinicians with scientifically grounded discussions, stay current on emerging data, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience.

Ideal candidates bring advanced scientific degrees and 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales or MSL roles, with proven credibility and ability to communicate complex data to HCPs.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
• Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately to physicians and healthcare teams.
• Experience building credibility with key customers and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet sales targets.
• Articulates scientific rationale for product use to health care professionals.
• Maintains high level of scientific expertise on assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Prepares territory and account plans and contributes to field-team collaboration.
