The role focuses on delivering credible, data-driven dialogues and coordinating field activities to meet patient and business goals.

You will build relationships with regional thought leaders, execute territory plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while upholding BMS standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech field experience.
• Ability to communicate scientific data accurately to physicians.
• Proven credibility with key customers and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in cardiovascular therapeutic areas.
• Strong account management and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications within defined territory to meet sales targets in a compliant manner.
• Articulates clinical rationale for product use to Health Care Providers (HCPs).
• Maintains scientific expertise across assigned products and indications.
• Implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
• Collaborates with field teams to enhance Customer Experience (Cx).
