Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a skilled Cardiac Sonographer to perform routine and emergency echocardiograms across locations, explain procedures to patients, and actively participate in quality improvement. The role requires ASRT credentials and CPR/BLS; weekend and on-call shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication with physicians and staff.
• Ability to teach and assess quality of other sonographers' work.
• Experience with maintaining confidentiality of patient data.
