Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Manufacturing Senior Manager for Liso-cel CAR-T at Summit, NJ. This leadership role oversees the onsite night shift, ensuring compliance with cGMP and quality standards across cell therapy manufacturing.

You will build and develop high-performing teams, drive CAPAs and deviations, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet production goals while maintaining training compliance and safety priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of manufacturing experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of cGMPs, biotechnology, lean manufacturing; Green Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing executes cGMPs, SOPs, and ALCOA+ documentation.
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage training and compliance.
• Forecast resources, scheduling, and hiring aligned with budgets and goals.
• Lead deviation investigations, CAPAs, and drive continuous improvement.
