Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing for Cell Therapy operations in New Jersey. You will oversee Manufacturing Managers and Work Centered Teams on a 24/7 schedule, ensuring cGMP compliance, safety, and continuous improvement. Shift: onsite night shift, Saturday-Wednesday, 11:30 p.m. – 8 a.m.

You will lead talent, manage budgeting and resources, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality CAR‑T products.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of EHS, cGMPs, biotechnology principles, manufacturing systems, lean manufacturing, and regulated operations.
• Strong communication, adaptability, strategic leadership, team selection, and people management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Cell Therapy manufacturing to ensure cGMP and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain hands-on process expertise and support MRB data collection.
• Manage resources, scheduling, and talent alignment with budget and values.
• Lead performance metrics, training, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive CAPAs, Change Controls, and continuous improvement projects.
