Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Sacramento International Airport is hiring a full-time Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr). You will provide in-person and phone-based support for branch and rental needs, greet customers, and assist with various rental and back-end tasks.

The role requires a strong focus on service, accuracy, and safety in a fast-paced environment. The position starts at $19.50 per hour plus bonuses, with schedules including weekend days and shifts from 9am to 5:30pm or 12pm

Qualifications

• Must have 18+ years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid unrestricted driver's license
• Minimum 6 months of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service in person and over the phone to customers and assist with rental needs
• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
• Provide directions and general assistance to customers
• Assess rental condition upon return and process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions
• Market the company while transporting customers safely as needed
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features and other services to customers
• May upsell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other equipment
• Notify Management of vehicle problems and maintenance needs
• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors as required
• Perform administrative tasks including billing support, accounts receivable, logs, reports, and supply maintenance
• Perform other duties as assigned
