Enterprise Mobility’s Scottsbluff location is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) to deliver high-level customer service, assist internal and external customers, and provide rental support at our local office. This role involves taking reservations, quotes, and handling inquiries by phone or in person, processing returns, and performing basic administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers and other branches.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks and follow-ups.
• Provide high level of customer service in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and other services.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Perform administrative duties such as billing support and reports.
