Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a Senior Capture Manager 3 to lead capture efforts, develop technical and business strategies, and drive bids with government and industry partners. The role requires cross-functional leadership and coordination across internal teams.

The position involves shaping opportunities, conducting competitive assessments, and managing price-to-win activities while building strong customer relationships. Work sites include Redondo Beach, CA and Dulles, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years’ experience with program management, customer management, capture, and/or business development and technical leadership.
• Must have a current DoD TS and eligibility for SCI at the time of application.
• US Federal Agency experience required.
• Must have DoD or IC Space domain experience.
