Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Director 1, Capture for the Space Systems Superiority Division (TS/SCI) to lead capture efforts from the Dulles, VA campus. This role drives investment strategy, partnerships, and customer relations to win programs and shape our division's priorities.

You will develop capture strategies, communicate with senior leaders, manage funds and schedules, and ensure compliance with security, export controls, and ICIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with broad aerospace experience.
• Minimum 12 years in Aerospace and Defense with leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate across all organization levels.
• Current Top-Secret/SCI clearance and SAP clearable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall capture efforts, including strategy, partnerships, and customer relationships.
• Develop capture strategies, win themes, and prices-to-win analyses.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Coordinate with line of business development, strategy, contracts, and supply chain.
• Manage investment funds, schedules, and execution; ensure security compliance.
