Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) seeks a Senior Director of Space Systems Capture Strategy and Proposal Operations in McLean, VA or Falls Church, VA. You will drive capture across the sector, coordinating with staff, customers, and partners to win major opportunities and shape acquisitions.

The role requires extensive leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, strong communication with executives, and experience using CRM tools like Salesforce within the Northrop Grumman BAP framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technical or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience (Intelligence, Defense or Federal Civilian).
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance at the time of application.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary business development and strategy activities.
• Ability to lead large capture efforts and teams; experience with customer call plans to shape acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead sector capture and proposals, implementing best practices and improving win probability.
• Develop capture strategy, tactics, and win themes; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor BD & Capture leaders; oversee gate reviews and New Business Reviews.
• Maintain CRM tooling and process standards; drive data-driven insights via dashboards and reports.
• Align pipeline activities to achieve sector growth goals and annual plan.
