Qualifications

• Secret Clearance required.
• Extensive knowledge of the capture process across contract types.
• Experience in engineering and/or program management.
• Ability to articulate business and technical vision with strategic thinking.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage opportunities from Gate 2 through capture phase activities.
• Develop and own the Capture Plan and strategy with stakeholders.
• Build customer relationships via effective calls and communications.
• Lead competitive analysis and win-theme development.
• Coordinate teaming agreements and cost targets.
• Ensure bids comply with customer requirements and deadlines.
