Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Capture Manager, Principal for Defense and Intel to lead multi-million dollar capture efforts within the Defense and Intel Operating Group. You will collaborate with BD, proposals, pricing, and subject matter experts to craft winning strategies and manage schedules, budgets, and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10 years proven success managing capture efforts (+$100M) with experience leading a multi-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive capture strategies aligned with company goals and customer mission needs.
• Manage capture budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve milestones.
• Build and maintain relationships with government customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Perform competitive analysis and market research to assess opportunities and refine win strategies.
• Develop Gate Review and Readiness Review presentations for senior leadership on capture progress.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, procedures during the capture process.
