Job summary

Hylant seeks an Account Executive to lead a team of captive account managers, overseeing client relationships and driving strategic guidance for our captive clients. You will coach and develop talent, oversee governance, and ensure outcomes align with business objectives.

You will present financial and operational results to boards and executives, manage complex engagements, and promote service excellence while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk oversight across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Seven or more years of captive insurance, auditing, risk management, or captive management experience.
• CPA, CPCU, ACIA, ARM, ACI, or other relevant professional designations preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, engage, and manage a team of account managers in talent functions.
• Serve as the executive relationship manager for captive clients, providing strategic guidance.
• Lead client, board, and stakeholder meetings, presenting financial and operational results.
• Oversee complex client engagements and resolve escalated issues.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements and compliance deadlines.
• Provide executive oversight of financial reporting, regulatory filings, risk management, and domicile compliance.
