AtWork Personnel is seeking a senior Systems Analyst for the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, focused on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management within CAPPS Financials. The role supports the statewide ERP environment with configuration, production support, and cross‑agency collaborations from a remote setting across the Continental U.S.

Candidates should have 10+ years in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management, CAPPS Financials in Texas public sector, and strong expertise in Application

Qualifications

• 10+ years supporting PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management.
• Extensive CAPPS Financials experience in the Texas public sector.
• Strong PeopleSoft technical knowledge: Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQL, SQR, BI Publisher.
• Experience configuring Asset Management, depreciation, CIP, AP/PO integrations, GL reconciliation.
• Knowledge of PUM, Fluid UI, security, and multi-tenancy.
• Experience with fiscal year-end processing, Disaster Recovery, ITIL, ServiceNow/BOSSDesk, and executive presentations.
• 8+ years supporting large statewide agency environments (30+ agencies).
• Strong understanding of State of Texas policies and CAPPS ecosystem (USAS, TINS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide functional configuration and production support for CAPPS/PeopleSoft.
• Deliver system enhancements and integrations within the statewide ERP.
• Coordinate fiscal year-end activities, security, and batch processing.
• Offer user support and enable cross‑agency collaboration.

We're seeking a senior Systems Analyst with deep expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management (CAPPS Financials) to support the Texas Comptroller's statewide ERP environment. This role is responsible for functional configuration, production support, system enhancements, integrations, fiscal year-end coordination, security, batch processing, user support, and cross-agency collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years supporting PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management
• Extensive experience with CAPPS Financials in the Texas public sector
• Strong PeopleSoft technical knowledge (Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQL, SQR, BI Publisher)
• Experience configuring Asset Management, depreciation, CIP, AP/PO integrations, GL reconciliation, and batch processing
• Knowledge of PUM, Fluid UI, Elasticsearch, security, and multi-tenancy
• Experience with fiscal year-end processing, Disaster Recovery, ITIL, ServiceNow/BOSSDesk, and executive-level presentations

Preferred:

• Experience with additional PeopleSoft FSCM modules including Purchasing, GL, AP, AR/Billing, Inventory, Project Costing, Strategic Sourcing, and Travel & Expense.

• This is a highly specialized CAPPS/PeopleSoft role.
• Candidates without significant Texas CAPPS Financials experience are unlikely to be considered.

Compensation: DOE (Competitive market rates)
