Job summary

AppLab Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sr PeopleSoft Lead Developer to drive design and hands-on development in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, with emphasis on GL, AP, Purchasing, and Assets, and to lead complex integrations. You will mentor junior developers and collaborate with architects, analysts, QA, and IT operations.

The role requires strong PeopleTools skills, 10+ years in software engineering, and a proactive, fast-learning mindset in a remote, fast-paced environment. C2C arrangements are supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design and hands-on development for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 (GL, AP, Purchasing, Assets).
• 10+ years of combined software engineering/development experience across multiple technologies.
• Experience designing complex end-to-end solutions leveraging PeopleSoft functionality.
• PeopleTools experience in 8.6X or higher.
• 4+ years of senior/lead developer experience with guidance to juniors.
• Strong understanding of best-practice PeopleSoft systems design and development.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on development and change management for PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials modules.
• Develop complex bolt-on functionality and integrations.
• Review requirements and design multiple solution ideas with SMEs.
• Architect new processes and enhancements, patches, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with analysts, admins, and QA to troubleshoot configurations and migrations.
• Mentor offshore developers and contribute to technical strategy across applications.
• Design proactive solutions to prevent issues and improve deployment.
