Guidehouse seeks an Associate Director - Capital Projects & Infrastructure in the Southwest region to lead diverse utility projects, from transmission to infrastructure programs, in coordination with the Arizona Account Director. You will guide project teams, manage budgets, and drive performance excellence across engagements for electric and gas utilities.

This role requires travel and onsite work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Managing and mentoring project teams and coordinating projects and workstreams.
• Managing, monitoring and evaluating project activities and overall performance.
• Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and strategy.
• Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports.
• Oversee contracts and financials.
• Establishing and reporting on key performance indicators.
• Analyzing project data and producing insights to optimize performance.
• Identifying problems and proposing solutions.
• Providing operational support with stakeholders and timelines.
• Support rollout of project management methodology and drive adoption.
• Coordinating with client teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Supporting growth and client satisfaction within account teams.
• May include grants management compliance.
