System One is seeking an Associate Director, Capital Infrastructure Projects in Phoenix, Arizona. The role focuses on delivering major capital infrastructure, power generation, transmission, and grid modernization projects for utility clients across Arizona and the Southwest.

Qualifications

• Must have seven+ years of post-graduation PM experience in power utility sector.
• Experience leading capital infrastructure or large engineering projects in electric/gas utilities.
• Knowledge of full capital project lifecycle beyond IT PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital project and program delivery across multiple projects and streams.
• Provide strategic advisory services and governance.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, risks, and performance reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and grants management when required.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies and tools.
• Coach teams and promote best practices in project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
