Guidehouse is seeking an Associate Director - Capital Projects & Infrastructure to lead complex utility-focused programs across the Southwest region. You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee budgeting, scheduling, and risk, and collaborate with clients to deliver high-impact capital projects and transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, finance, public policy and/or related discipline with seven+ years post-graduation program/project management experience in power utilities.
• Experience in commercial management of large-scale infrastructure programs including power transmission/distribution or related projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project teams across capital projects and infrastructure delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance, budgets, and contracts.
• Develop and communicate project documentation, reports, and KPIs.
• Coach teams on project management methodologies and drive adoption.
