Job summary

BEREC Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Analyst to own market, pricing, and data analytics for Agency CMBS and CRE research. You’ll translate research into decision-useful insights and support pricing, rate-locks, and post-transaction documentation with rigorous validation.

You will use Excel, automation, and AI tools to enhance workflows while collaborating with colleagues across production, underwriting, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• 3+ years in fixed income, securitized products, Agency or commercial mortgage analytics.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; VBA/Python/SQL advantageous.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own market, pricing, historical, and transaction data from source through final output.
• Research fixed-income, Agency CMBS, macroeconomic, and CRE developments.
• Draft and present recurring commentary and presentations for internal/external audiences.
• Support loan-pricing and rate-lock execution mechanics with market inputs.
• Use advanced Excel, automation, and AI tools to improve workflows and validation.
• Collaborate with Agency Analytics and cross-functional teams.
• Develop market intelligence for additional BWE products.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to risk/scenario analytics.
