Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate real estate transactions affecting CMBS performing loans.
• Develop and support resolution strategies for non-performing loans.
• Assess, manage, and assist in liquidation of REO properties.
• Monitor risk factors and support CMBS loan re-underwriting process.
• Underwrite and assess risks for new acquisition and existing loans.
• Present underwriting analyses to senior management.
• Conduct due diligence and assist asset managers with business plans.
• Liaise with brokers, attorneys, and borrowers.
• Perform market research and analyze rent rolls and operating statements.
• Support reporting and compliance efforts; apply AI responsibly to improve workflows.
