Job summary

Regions Bank in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Analyst in Capital Markets to support deal teams with client materials, financial modeling, and due diligence. You will collaborate across groups to prepare offerings, participate in meetings, and perform market research.

The role offers exposure to syndicated and leveraged finance, public debt and equity markets, and risk management, with a strong path to Associate roles through hands-on learning and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with proven record of high achievement
• Coursework in financial accounting and corporate finance
• MBA preferred
• Past relevant experience (i.e., summer internships or 1-2 years experience)

Responsibilities

• Assists in the development and creation of client marketing materials
• Generates financial modeling to include leveraged buyout and discounted cash flow analysis
• Works closely with senior team members and other groups within the bank to prepare transaction offering documents
• Assists in conducting bank/investor meetings as well as sell-side management presentations
• Conducts industry and market research
• Completes valuation analyses
• Conducts and assists in financial due diligence
