Berkadia is seeking a Senior Real Estate Analyst in Chevy Chase, MD. The role leverages expertise in Commercial Real Estate finance to lead analytical initiatives and support professionals in meeting client needs.

The role requires CRE experience, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and the ability to interface with customers. You will support mortgage bankers, lead deal processing, and analyze market data to evaluate loan opportunities within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of CRE experience.
• Excel and MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to interface with customers effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Support mortgage bankers in sourcing and executing business.
• Analyze CRE and multifamily real estate, pro forma valuations and loan sizing.
• Prepare formal loan submissions, quotes, and memos for business and credit teams.
• Lead deal processing from applications to closings.
• Review due diligence materials for real estate transactions.
• Review market data, comps, cap rates, vacancy, trends for loan opportunities.
• Interface with owners, capital providers, vendors, consultants, and attorneys.
