Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, data science, computer science, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in fixed income, securitized products, Agency or commercial mortgage banking, valuation, research, trading support, or capital-markets analytics.
• Advanced Excel and financial-modeling skills; exposure to VBA, Python, SQL, Bloomberg, Salesforce, or related tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own market, pricing, historical, and transaction data from source through final output, including validations, exceptions, documentation, and pre-distribution review.
• Research fixed-income, Agency CMBS, macroeconomic, and CRE developments and translate them into supported, decision-useful market insights.
• Draft and present recurring commentary, research, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Support loan-pricing and rate-lock execution mechanics, including market inputs, pricing indications, transaction preparation, post transaction confirmations, and documentation.
• Use advanced Excel, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve workflows and analytical capacity while applying disciplined validation and human judgment.
• Partner with the Agency Analytics team and colleagues across production, underwriting, closing, finance, risk, compliance, operations, marketing, and technology.
• Develop productive relationships with broker/dealers, investors, Agencies, and internal clients while supporting market dialogue under trader direction.
• Help build research and market-intelligence coverage for additional BWE products.
• Contribute to future risk and scenario analytics as the platform evolves.
