Bellwether is seeking a Senior Analyst on the Valuations Team to support a portfolio of commercial real estate investments. You will perform complex valuations, maintain cash flow models and analyze performance to inform investment decisions.

You’ll gain exposure to senior leadership and work with leading industry experts, offering significant growth opportunities in a professional, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years’ experience in real estate valuations, consulting, portfolio management or audit/accounting.
• Experience with property underwriting and financial modeling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ARGUS Enterprise.

Responsabilités

• Assist in monthly and quarterly valuations of real estate investments across the United States, including DCF, sale comps, and cost analyses.
• Maintain asset-level cash flow models.
• Review and track business plans, leasing activity and monthly property operating performance for valuations.
• Analyze market data and comparable transactions.
• Compile valuations data for fundraising, marketing, DDQs and investor requests.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed.
