Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Senior CAPEX Performance Specialist to implement and improve data collection and analytical tools within the Building Material organization in NA, driving manufacturing excellence and performance.

The role requires extensive experience in capex data management, governance, and KPI achievement, with collaboration across project managers and operations. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a strong emphasis on safety and reporting accuracy is stated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10 years of progressively-responsible CAPEX/manufacturing/industrial controller experience.
• 5 years managing data integration in cement manufacturing: SAP, Oneppm, Data governance, AUC.
• 2 years visualization tools: Qlikview, Data Studio, Axiom.
• 5 years achieving CAPEX KPIs in cement manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy through governance of data processing and architecture.
• Collaborate with project teams to promote analytics as a business tool for capex management excellence.
• Identify opportunities to improve by analyzing industrial information for transparency and drivers of capex performance.
• Manage DataSphere (Business Warehouse)
• Configure capex reports and link with other reports.
• Ensure all data systems have reliable information.
• Acquire and monitor capex data monthly, quarterly, annually.
• Consolidate results and prepare reports for senior management.
• Develop models for target setting (Capex to maintain, develop, WBS, AUC).
• Standardize cost and performance indicators for capex.
