Job summary
Amrize north America inc. is seeking a Plant Performance Manager to join the plant management team, owning financial reporting, costing and the annual budget while overseeing overall plant performance.
You will partner with Commercial and Procurement, lead monthly performance reviews, maintain standard costing, analyze variances, and deliver data-driven insights to improve safety, efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Controlling required.
- 5–10 years in a controlling role in sealant, coatings or paint manufacturing.
- Experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics AX/D365, SAP) preferred.
- Experience with financial and operations analysis in the described areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly Plant Performance Review with Senior Leadership.
- Coach plant management on financials and budgeting.
- Develop accurate production capacity requirements and BOM costings.
- Maintain standard costing systems and machine rates.
- Analyze spending trends, CapEx Justifications, and ROI.
- Prepare monthly KPI reports and monitor variance reductions.
- Provide data-driven insights on floor metrics and operations.
